- 3 cups assorted salad leaves
- 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
- 2 Persian cucumbers, sliced into half-moons
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1 can chickpeas (15 ounces), rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup pitted kalamata olives
- 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
