  • 8 oz. mozzarella cheese (cubed)
  • 4 oz. sliced turkey pepperoni
  • 4 oz. sliced black olives
  • 1/2 pint cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 2 jarred roasted red peppers (diced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil the tortellini according to package directions until al dente. Set aside to cool.

  4. Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and stir gently to combine.
