  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cups sweetened shredded coconut
  • 10 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 to 5 ounces salted caramel sauce
  • Additional melted chocolate for drizzling

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl.
  3. Allow the melted butter to cool slightly before whisking in the egg, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Stir in flour and salt until just combined; pour into a pie dish.
  5. Bake crust for about 10-12 minutes until edges are firm.
  6. Sprinkle chocolate chips over the warm crust, followed by shredded coconut.
  7. Drizzle sweetened condensed milk and caramel sauce on top.
