  • 5 Cloves Garlic
  • 2 Inch Knob of Ginger
  • 4 oz Mushrooms

  • ¼ Cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 ½2 Teaspoon Sriracha or Gochujang
  • 2 Quarts Low Sodium Chicken Stock
  • ½ Cup Heavy Cream
  • 8 oz Dry Ramen Noodles
  • 2 Cups Bok Choy
  • ¼ Cup Miso Paste
  • ¼ Teaspoon Toasted Sesame Oil
  • Kosher Salt and Black Pepper to taste
  • 4 Soft Boiled Eggs
  • Nori Sheets
  • Green Onions
  • Sesame Seeds
  • More Sriracha or Gochujang

Instructions

  1. Season pounded chicken cutlets with salt, then coat in panko breadcrumbs mixed with sesame seeds.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat; fry chicken until golden brown and crispy.
  3. Sauté finely minced shallots, garlic, and grated ginger in another pot, then add sliced mushrooms and red pepper flakes.
  4. Stir in soy sauce and sriracha, followed by low sodium chicken stock; bring to a simmer.
  5. Mix in heavy cream and miso paste until fully combined; adjust seasoning to taste.
  6. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions; drain and toss briefly in sesame oil.
