  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 pound baby Yukon gold potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • ½ cup honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 teaspoons Kinder’s Buttery Steakhouse seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with foil.
  2. In a medium pan over medium heat, melt butter and stir in honey, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Simmer for about 5-6 minutes.
  3. Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness. Cut potatoes into quarters or sixths.
