  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate the beef: Mix soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil. Toss in beef strips and let sit for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Cook the onions: Sauté sliced onions in a tablespoon of vegetable oil until golden, then remove from pan.

  4. Make the sauce: Combine soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, and cornstarch in a bowl; pour over cooked beef and simmer until thickened.
