  • 1 cup low-sodium beef broth
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 large onion, chopped into large chunks
  • 1 pound russet potatoes, peeled and cut into large chunks
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the sliced beef sausages until browned (about 7-10 minutes). Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, cook the onions until soft (about 5 minutes), then add minced garlic and sauté briefly.

  4. Cover and cook on HIGH for 2-3 hours or LOW for 4-6 hours until potatoes are tender.
