  • 1 cup warmed milk (110℉)
  • 2 1/4 tsp active rise yeast
  • 2 large eggs (lightly beaten)
  • 4 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 10 tbsp unsalted butter (cubed)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped chocolate
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 7 oz vegan marshmallows crème
  • 2 tbsp water

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine warmed milk and yeast; let sit for five minutes until frothy.
  2. Mix in beaten eggs, flour, salt, and sugar until it forms a sticky dough.
  3. Knead on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth. Place in a greased bowl and let rise for an hour.
  4. Prepare the filling by mixing softened butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, chocolate, and graham cracker crumbs in another bowl.
  5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle and spread the filling evenly over it.
  6. Roll the dough tightly into a log and cut into twelve equal pieces; place them cut-side up in a greased baking pan.
  7. Allow rolls to rise again for 30-45 minutes before baking at 350℉ for about 23 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Once slightly cooled, mix vegan marshmallows crème with water and spread over warm rolls.
