  • 2 cups mixed greens
  • 1 pint strawberries (sliced, caps removed)
  • 1 cup tomato-basil feta cheese (crumbled)
  • 1 cup pecans (chopped)
  • 6 whole strawberries (caps removed)
  • 1/4 cup tomato-basil feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup pecans
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. dried basil
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Rinse and dry the red romaine lettuce and mixed greens.
  2. Slice fresh strawberries after removing their caps.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together whole strawberries, crumbled feta cheese, chopped pecans, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, sugar, dried basil, and salt to create the dressing.
  4. Combine greens with sliced strawberries and crumbled feta in a large bowl. Drizzle with dressing and toss gently.
  5. Serve immediately on plates or a large platter.
