  • ¾ cup strawberry jam or preserves

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.

  7. Cover with another disc of dough and seal edges gently.
