  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 8 flour tortillas (taco size)
  • 15 ounce can refried beans
  • 10 ounce can enchilada sauce
  • 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • Diced tomatoes (for topping)
  • Sliced green onion (for topping)
  • Sliced olives (for topping)
  • Sour cream (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease, add taco seasoning and water, then simmer until thickened.
