  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 4 ounces sour cream
  • 1 pound ground beef (or ground turkey)
  • 1 taco seasoning packet
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded lettuce
  • Additional toppings: jalapeños, chilies, or your choice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Unroll the crescent rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and press them together to form a solid crust.
  3. Bake the crust for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
