  • 26 oz frozen meatballs (about 3035 meatballs)
  • 2 cups reduced-sodium beef broth
  • 1 packet brown gravy mix
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons cold water

Instructions

  1. Place frozen meatballs directly into the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together beef broth, brown gravy mix, onion soup mix, and ketchup until smooth. Pour over meatballs.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours until heated through and tender.
  4. About 30 minutes before serving, mix cornstarch and cold water until smooth; add to slow cooker to thicken the gravy.
  5. Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or egg noodles.
