  • 12 cups cooked quinoa

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds (roasted salted)
  • 1/2 cup pecans (raw)
  • 1/2 cup dried cherries
  • vegan goat cheese or feta (optional)
  • balsamic glaze (use as much as you'd like)

Instructions
