  • 4 cups chopped Iceberg lettuce
  • 2 cups halved grape tomatoes
  • 6 large hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 (16-ounce) bag thawed frozen peas
  • 1 1/2 cup freshly grated Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, salt, and Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  2. In a large sauté pan over medium-high heat, cook diced turkey bacon until crispy (about 10-12 minutes). Set aside on paper towels.
