  • 14 mini sweet peppers (cut lengthwise and seeded)
  • 2 teaspoons avocado oil
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 2/3 cup mozzarella cheese (or cheddar cheese, grated)
  • 2 stalks green onion (finely chopped)
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, grated mozzarella, green onion, garlic powder, salt, and sriracha (if using). Mix until smooth.
  2. Slice the tops off the mini peppers and cut them in half lengthwise. Remove seeds.
  3. Drizzle avocado oil over the pepper halves and toss until coated.
  4. Generously fill each pepper half with the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Arrange about six stuffed peppers in a single layer in an air fryer basket. Set to bake at 360°F for about 8 minutes.
  6. Carefully remove from the air fryer and serve warm.
