  • 3 boxes Mrs. T’s Cheddar Pierogies (regular or mini)
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 8 oz cream cheese (cut into small cubes)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb kielbasa (sliced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Slice kielbasa into bite-sized pieces and cut cream cheese into small cubes.
  2. Layer frozen pierogies in the bottom of the crockpot. Add sliced kielbasa, followed by cream cheese and shredded cheddar.
  3. Pour chicken broth over the layers and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6 hours, stirring gently once or twice during cooking.
  5. Once done, ensure pierogies are tender and cheese is melted before serving hot.
