Instructions

  4. Wrap dough in plastic wrap and chill for at least one hour.
  5. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Roll out chilled dough to about 1/2-inch thickness and cut into discs with a cookie cutter.
  6. Place discs on a parchment-lined baking tray; brush tops with reserved egg yolk.
  7. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden around the edges; cool slightly before sprinkling with flaky sea salt.
