  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 bunch radish
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 cup vinegar (white, apple cider, or rice)
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice the vegetables into uniform pieces for even pickling.
