  • 1 cup applesauce
  • 2/3 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)

Instructions

  3. In another bowl, whisk together sugar, vegetable oil, eggs (or applesauce), yogurt, applesauce, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Gently combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients until just mixed.
  5. Divide the batter into greased loaf pans and bake for 41-45 minutes. Use a toothpick to check doneness.
  6. For the glaze, whisk together powdered sugar and applesauce until smooth.
  7. Drizzle glaze over the warm loaves before cooling completely.
