Ingredients

  • Fresh Atlantic salmon
  • Scallions
  • Jalapeño pepper
  • Fresh ginger
  • Eggs
  • Panko breadcrumbs

  2. Make the Burgers: Combine chopped salmon, scallions, jalapeño, ginger, eggs, lime juice, soy sauce, sesame seeds, and panko breadcrumbs in a bowl. Form into patties and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
