  • 150 g All-purpose Flour
  • 4 Egg
  • 2 cup Milk
  • 2 Eggs

  • 50 g Cornstarch
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ¾ cup Unsalted Butter (room temperature)
  • Powdered Sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). In a saucepan, combine milk, water, butter, salt, and sugar; bring to a gentle boil.
  2. Stir in flour until fully combined; return to low heat until a ball forms. Let cool slightly before incorporating eggs one at a time.
  3. Divide dough onto lined baking sheets and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  4. For the cream filling, heat milk in a saucepan. Whisk together eggs, sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla; gradually mix in heated milk.
  5. Cook mixture on medium heat until thickened. Remove from heat and add butter; let cool completely.
