  • 68 whole jalapenos
  • 2 large ears sweet corn (shucked and sliced off cob)
  • 3 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
  • 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1 teaspoon Tajin seasoning
  • Fresh cilantro (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) or set your air fryer to the appropriate temperature.
  2. Slice the jalapenos in half lengthwise and remove seeds for less heat.
  3. Sauté sweet corn in a skillet over medium heat until slightly charred; season with Tajin.
  4. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, sautéed corn, and half of the chopped cilantro until well mixed.
