  • 8 oz cremini or white button mushrooms, sliced

  • ½ cup shredded Asiago cheese
  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • ½ cup chicken broth

  2. Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown; remove from pan.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté mushrooms, garlic, and shallots for 5–7 minutes until softened.
  4. Add chicken broth to deglaze the pan; stir in heavy cream and Asiago cheese until smooth. Season as needed.
  5. Return the chicken to the skillet; spoon sauce over it and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
