  • ½ cup+ 2 tablespoons unsalted butter-melted
  • ½ cup unsalted butter-softened
  • 8 oz. cream cheese-softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2/3 cup diced fresh strawberries
  • 2 cups blueberry pie filling
  • 1 cup of canned crushed pineapple-drained from juice
  • 3 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup strawberry jam
  • 2 (3 oz. pkg) berry-flavored gelatin
  • 1 and 1/4 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup of whipped cream
  • 2 ½ cups whipped cream (for topping)
  • Fresh strawberries halved for garnish
  • Fresh blueberries for garnish
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Prepare the graham cracker crust by mixing crumbs with melted butter and strawberry jam; press into a dish.
  2. In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth; spread half over the crust.
  3. Layer diced strawberries and half of blueberry pie filling on top.
  4. Dissolve berry gelatin in boiling water; pour over fruit layers and chill for about an hour.
  5. Top with whipped cream, fresh berries, and chocolate chips before serving.
