Ingredients

  • 12 oz smoked sausage rope
  • 12 oz jumbo shrimp (tail-on, peeled and deveined)
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp barbecue seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to 350°F.
  2. Cut the smoked sausage into 1-inch slices and pat the shrimp dry with paper towels.
  3. In a bowl, combine the sausage and shrimp, drizzle with olive oil and barbecue seasoning, and toss until coated.
  4. Thread each sausage slice into the curve of a shrimp on skewers.
  5. Grill over medium-high heat for about 3 minutes per side until shrimp are opaque and cooked through.
