  • 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari
  • 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil or avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon coconut sugar
  • 2 teaspoons garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine chopped green cabbage, purple cabbage, julienned carrots, and sliced green onion.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together minced ginger, rice vinegar, soy sauce (or tamari), olive oil, coconut sugar, minced garlic, lime juice, and sesame oil until well blended.
