  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1.5 tsp paprika
  • 1.5 tsp chili powder
  • 1.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 1.5 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 large avocado
  • Crushed red pepper
  • Hot honey
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F. Dice the sweet potatoes into 1/2-inch cubes, then spray with avocado oil and season with salt, paprika, and garlic powder. Air fry for 18 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  2. While the potatoes roast, brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat for 5–7 minutes. Season with salt, paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, and onion powder; cook until fragrant.
  3. In serving bowls, layer cottage cheese as the base. Top with roasted sweet potatoes and seasoned beef. Add fresh avocado slices and drizzle with hot honey. Finish with lime juice.
