  • 1/3 cup minced red onion
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 8 cups thinly sliced green cabbage
  • 2 cups thinly sliced red cabbage
  • 2 cups thinly shredded carrots

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together mayonnaise, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, black pepper, and celery seed until smooth.
  2. Thinly slice the green and red cabbage and shred the carrots.
  3. Add the minced red onion and chopped parsley to the bowl with the dressing. Toss in the sliced cabbages and carrots until well coated.
  4. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least two hours before serving to allow flavors to meld.
